6D5N Tianjin – Beijing – Tianjin Muslim Tour by Air Asia

Day 1 KL – Tianjin - Beijing (D)

Arrive in Tianjin in the afternoon. Transfer to Beijing by coach (1.5hours). Check into hotel. Dinner. Acrobatic Show at night.

Morning visit to the Tian An Men Square which is the largest city square in the world, bordered by the Great Hall of the People and Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum, then tour the Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palace, which was home to the Emperors for over 500 years. Grand halls and courts gradually give way to more intimate domestic quarters, giving an insight into the pampered isolation of the emperors. Shopping at the most famous Silk Store, which has many kinds of silk materials with the best quality. Visit to Niujie Mosque which is the oldest Mosque with over one thousand year’s history. Dzohor and Asar prayers here. Shopping at Muslim Super Market which is the only one in Beijing. Dinner at the most famous Xin Jiang Muslim Restaurant.

Day 3 Beijing (B/L/D)

Today is the highlight of our China tour, the climbing of the Great Wall of China, which was first built in the Warring States period (475-221BC) as a series of earthworks erected by individual kingdoms as a defense against each other as well as from invasions from the north. The present day wall was left from the Ming dynasty. Lunch at a local Muslim restaurant near the Great Wall. Shopping at the Jade and Crystal Shop. Visit to Burning Cream Centre. Shopping at the Wang Fu Jing Shopping Street and the Night Food Market. Shopping at Hard Rock Cafe Souvenir Shop at night

Day 4 Beijing (B/L/D)

Shopping at the Fresh Water Pearl Center. Visit the Summer Palace in the morning. Being the largest imperial garden in China, the Summer Palace was first built in the Qing emperor Qianlong’s time in 1751 and burned down in1860 by the French and British army and restored by the Dowager empress Cixi for her own enjoyment. It became a favorite haunt of Cixi, who preferred it to the Forbidden City, and named it Yihe Yuan meaning the garden of health and harmony. Lunch. After lunch we will visit one of the most famous mosques in this city, the Ming dynasty-built Nan Dou Ya Mosque that has a unique Chinese style with hundreds years of history. Coach to Tianjin, meaning Port to Heavenly Capital. Tianjin is 130 kilometers southeast of Beijing, serving as Beijing's gateway to the Bohai Sea. People started to settle in Tianjin in the Song Dynasty (960-1279A.D) By the 15th century it had become a garrison town enclosed by walls. After several decades of development, Tianjin is now one of China's leading manufacturing and commercial centers. Visit the Food Street and Culture Street. Lunch. Transfer to Tianjin airport. Day 2 Guangzhou - Shenzhen (B/L/D)

Our first destination today is Dr. Sun Yet-sen’s Memorial Hall; Located on Dongfeng Zhong Lu, It is dedicated to the founder of the Republic of China and local hero Dr. Sun Yat-Sen. It was constructed in 1931 and built on the original site of Sun Yat-sen’s presidential office Then we will visit Ancient Tomb of Muslim Ancestors which is the place Saad ibn Abi Waqqas who was an uncle of the Prophet Muhammad buried. After lunch we will visit Guangta Mosque -- one of the four most well-known mosques in China and also one of the oldest Muslim mosques in China. The mosque was established for remembering the ancestor of Islam, Nabi Mohammed. It is known for this name because its high minaret is fitted with lighting equipment and in the past was actually used as a lighthouse. After shopping at Burning Cream Center, a tour at Shangxiajiu Shopping Street will make your trip more exciting. Transfer to Airport Shenzhen after dinner

Day 3 Shenzhen (B/L/D)

Morning we will visit the famous Lotus Mountain Park -- a clean, refreshing, open space with carpet grass. The park is on a gentle slope of Lianhua Hill (106 meters high), where Locals bring their families there for fun, relaxation, jogging, hill-climbing and kite-flying. Located on the top of Lotus Mountain stands Dengxiaoping Bronze Stature, which is to memorize his brilliance & greatness. Shopping at Jewelry Center. After lunch, we will visit Shang Meilin Mosque – the only mosque in Shenzhen. The rest of the day will be spent at Dong Men Walking Street. It is normally called “Laojie” (Old Street), being the commercial area with longest history in Shenzhen, integrating shopping, recreation and sightseeing. It is a commercial area in Shenzhen with largest scale, most concentrated shops and most complete business categories, covering a land area of 176,000 square kilometers and composed of over 20 small streets.

Day 4 Shenzhen – Hong Kong by Train (B/L/D)

Train to Hong Kong in the morning. Hong Kong was a fishing village before the Opium War in AD1840. The Qing Government had to accept the unfair treaty imposed to China after the Opium War due to the fact that British defeated Qing Dynasty army and Hong Kong was annexed by UK as its territory since then till 1997. Today’s Hong Kong is the most cosmopolitan city in the orient with some of the most beautiful skyscrapers in the world. Visit to Stanley Beach and Star Boulevard. Photo stop at HK Convention & Exhibition Center, Then we will visit the Victoria Bay and have a bird-eye view of Hong Kong on the top of Taipingshan Mountain. Lunch.
